Hearing aids today are designed to be reliable and robust. All the same, they are small electronic devices in a warm, moist and waxy environment all day – things happen. Sometimes we can repair them in our office, sometimes we need to send them in to the manufacturer for repair. Hearing aids are usually covered for repair by the manufacturer for 3 years.
