Going Eastbound on Hwy 8
Take the Fletcher Parkway exit (right after 70th Street exit) and stay in the right hand lane.  Take the turn off to the right that says "Alvarado Rd."  Continue straight through the intersection onto Comanche Dr, and turn at the next left onto Saranac Place. The Allied Plaza Building will be on your left. Go up the hill and to the left you will see signs for "Visitor Parking".  Park and come to the 7th floor.  Go left down the hall, suite 714 is at the end on your right.

Going Eastbound on Hwy 8

Take the El Cajon Blvd exit (soon after the Hwy 125 exit), staying left and going on the bridge over Hwy 8.  Go straight at the first intersection and then turn right onto Guava Ave (Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Center is on the corner). Go down the hill and turn left onto Alvarado Rd., then immediately left onto Comanche Dr., and then immediately left again onto Saranac Place. The Allied Plaza Building will be on your left. Go up the hill and to the left you will see signs for "Visitor Parking".  Park and come to the 7th floor. Go left down the hall, suite 714 is at the end on your right.

Going Westbound on Fletcher Parkway
As Fletcher Parkway ends at the Freeway, stay in the far left lane, which crosses over the 8 Freeway and loops around to your right.  You will go under the bridge you just crossed and follow the sign to "Alvarado Rd" on your right.  Continue past Guava Rd and turn left at Comanche Dr, then immediately left on Saranac Place.  The Allied Plaza Building will be on your left. Go up the hill and to the left you will see signs for "Visitor Parking".  Park and come to the 7th floor. Go left down the hall, suite 714 is at the end on your right.
